When I came home, I looked in the living room at my fish. He was dying! It's all my fault too, because I haven't fed him in a while. He lived 7 months! That's pretty good. He had a long life, but I'm feeling so sad that I can't really describe how I feel. DON"T SAY TO ME "Its just a fish, get over it!" Cause that's NOT what I wanna hear. I was REALLY close to him, he even swam over to me when I called his name (Ozzy Osborne, but I call him Ozzy.) Oh, I'm so sorry! My parents wouldn't let me buy a fish, but my best friend had one I was really close to. She lives 1 week and then died. I know what it's like to lose a loved fish.

Sorry to hear your fish died sad I know exactly how you feel, my pet duck was eaten by a hawk just last year. :'(

IMO, fish don't make adequate pets, cuz they don't last long.

Thanks for understanding. I got a fish last christmas, and it died later that day. I got 2 more and they both died. I took a break from fish for a few months, then got Ozzy the bata fish. WHY DO FISH TREAT ME THIS WAY??! It's not all bad. I have a bunny I'm close too. But it's never going to be the same. He really was a great fishie. sad my mom says no more fish, i'm better, she says with higher maintenence pets. I know that doesn't make any sense, but I'm really sad, so its hard to make sense when your heart's broken.... sad

I had a fish, and I ADORED it. Then one day I had a dream he was dead, and then the very second I saw him after that, he did.

Oh please, I have had pet fish that have lasted years! I had one thaat lasted seven years.You just have to look up what PH of water they are comfortable in and keep the water that way.

He was lying on his side. He wasn't breathing... I can't look at dead fish. It makes me gross out and cry. Ozzy, if your up in the fishbowl in the sky, or rising up to it, you'll be at a better place! My mom says he might've died of old age, but bata fish live up to 5 years! Writing on Scratch makes me feel better, knowing I have tons of nice people to get me through this. Thanks, everyone... :')

Sorry about the fish. I had a fish that lived 9 years. Another few have lived a year or two, but most only lived a few weeks. It's rather sad.
