Looking for someone with Flash...

I recently got an idea for making 3-D from my IT teacher about distorting the image to make it look like it's at an angle. I think that flash would be a good program to do that in because you can use either a shape tween or edit it in the properties window. Unfortunately for me, I don't have $700 to spend on flash, so I'm looking for help. it's a secret project right now, but I will tell more to whoever is helping. Here's a hint: It's about airplanes.

You don't need flash to make perspective drawings (your "3-d" idea). Just use any image editor.

well, the thing is, none that i have do. Paint is horrible. you can only crop.
