Fix error upload

hi my game have size 140kb and when i want this upload to scratch then i have this message :

Failed : project might be too big ( maximum is 10MB )

please fix this in next version scratch

According to the scratch team, although it will give the error, it will actually be uploaded to the site. Except it won't be on the newest projects. But just a few minutes ago, that was fixed  smile
