You probably have both versions on your machine. You may want to delete v1.1

I would not recommend running the Uninstall program for V1.1 as it will delete any projects you may have that are stored under Program Files/Scratch! There is a bug in the V1.1 uninstall program.

If you're using Windows, just reinstall v1.2.1!

You've probably got both Scratch versions installed in different folders, and your Windows might have reverted to the old file associations after some kind of system crash, or if some other installation routine messed up your registry. If you run the deinstallation program it will only remove the last installed version, not necessarily the one you acutally want to get rid of.

Alternatively I'd recommend to manually remove all Scratch programm folders from your disk and then to reinstall v.1.2.1 without any prior deinstallation. Just be careful to save any projects you want to keep to someplace else before, so you won't delete them accidentally.
