Want your game rated? Want to know who it is suitable for? Then come here and tell us, we'll rate it, and then you can simply copy and paste the information on your project description. More information below...
AGE RATING:
We'll play/look at the project and see if it's not suitable for viewing for some people. It may contain blood, bad laungage etc etc. So if you don't want viewers to be uncomfortable, talk to us!
OVERALL RATING:
We will rate how good it is, depending on graphics, gameplay, length, enjoyment etc etc.
You may choose which kind of rating you'd like. You can also choose both, if you'd like.
Cheers,
SonicPops

I would like you to rate a game that is not yet published. It's "My Unicorn", the game we're working on.
I do not need the overall rating but the age rating. The game contains violence, but it has no animated blood. For example, the unicorn can die different deaths, like being struck by lightning, sickness/food poisoning, freezing, overheating, hunger, and, of course, old age. All are animated, but we try to make it as cartoony as possible.
So, what do you think?
Thanks.

This is a really good idea but some projects boys might not be so bad about but girls would find it awful or there are some sensitive people and if I'm 10 (which I'm not) I could still watch a 15 rated project

A nice and noble idea. Specially I have found many projects which are not suited for kids and I thought Scratch is to create teaching tools for Kids.
Please give both ratings to my following games
Power of Compounding - http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/manus/69081 (Not a game but simulation)
Pggy Bank - http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/manus/82424
Change Challenge Level 1 - http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/manus/88791
Thanks. Eagerly waiting for results.

This is the link to the Second Stick Skywalker Vs. Darth Sticker, but can you rate the #rd to? The First is fine, but don't get fooled, there are two versions of the First! Thanx, Jman

I like this idea, but by the time a scratch project's comments are visible, the game is already auto-starting in the Java Applet player. This is fine for games that don't have an offensive opening, or stop at a title screen. But I can see some situations where a viewer would already be exposed to things that are out of their "rating" range by the time they become aware of that rating.
It would be very useful to have galleries into which games that are rated are placed. One for young viewers, one for older ones, etc. Whatcha think? ;]
