Failed to upload!!??

When ever I try to upload a project it says this: "Failed: Serialization buffer too small for compressed data" So I changed it to not compress sounds and images then it sarts to upload and when it is at the point of waiting for responce it says "Failed: Unknown reson"  Can anyone help me??

There are a whole host of problems that could have caused it.
Possibly the connection timed out?
A bit more information would help:
1) What is your ISP?
2) What is your broadband speed?
3) Which version of scratch is it?
4) How large is the scratch file you speak of?
5) What is the exact sequence of events that lead to the error?

Hmmmm... First try to rule out all the problems described here:
http://info.scratch.mit.edu/Support/Scratch_FAQ#Sharing

Remember, if your Scratch project is over 10 megabytes, it's too big! Usually the size is made up of music / sound files - if you can shrink those down, you might be able to get it to the right size.
