Muscle enhancing exercise plus lots of protein.
Sure, you want to put weight on, but you don;t want it to be fat. You want it to be muscle mass.
Doesn't take much of a weight-bench workout to start putting on muscle mass, if you do it daily.

I have a weight problem. And what just happened in your mind is a huge factor of this problem. You saw weight problem, so you just knew that I was over weight, you didn't even consider anything else. YES! And because my parents dont want me to develop bad habits, they wont let me eat really fatty foods. my metabolism is so good that after almost throwing up, im starving in fifteen minutes.

I am 4'6" and 65 pounds, which is a healthy weight for that height. But, my brother thinks I'm underweight. Although I am a little scrawny, I am NOT underweight. I feel bad for you. And regardless of how joking he might sound, poopo might be right; you may have a tapeworm.

I have been weighing 80 pounds for the past year or so. It may just be because I swim 3 times a week for for 2 hours. So I swim 6 hours per week. I am a competitive swimmer.
That is probably why.

I actually weigh some 85 pounds and I am 11 years of age.
I think I am underweight, maybe.
What's metabolism? I kind of know what it is, but specifically?
EDIT: My BMI is in the 37th percentile, I am a bit small.

lol I have the same issue, though I thrive off of it, just get junk food, all the junk food you want, nothing in the world is going to make you fat most likely, I'm waiting for an in-n-out to be placed near me (within walking distance from my house) which in-n-out has some of the worst food out there, but the best tasting too, Ima gonna see if I actually gain weight

Underweight is a condition but it's not horrible. You probably just have really high metabolism.

That's what everybody has said...but there is no cure like there is for people overweight. I don't actually mean cure, but, people who are overweight can just go on a diet and exercise. Eating more doesn't help because of my high metabolism, so when you compare, losing weight is easier than putting on weight in a healthy way.
