The iPhone app got removed
I still have it, from when it was first released.
The closest you'll get for Scratch on a mobile? Well, Google is working on a Scratch-based Android developer site where you can use blocks for coding Android apps (like using blocks to code on Scratch.) At the moment it's in beta and is invite-only, but I got an invite. If Google does give testers the chance to give out beta codes or beta invites, I will give them to Scratchers.

Bad to hear that.
I am still using this app couse i have it installed from the beginning.
Very nice app.
Same. iPod touch 2nd gen, previously jailbroken.
I think it's time the man who developed the app should go for Android. Google will love Scratch. They already are, with their App Inventor for Android. Even to mentioning Scratch on their site!

I've used the google app maker for android before- you have to fill out a short form and they will reply in a week giving you permission to use it. So yeah... I used it and it is a lot like Scratch (as far as block building or whatever you call it as long as it doesnt make me sound stupid :-P) but i just dont understand how to use it :-/

There was... But it got removed because of the legal reasons as you were talking about...
It violated Section 3.3.1 of the company’s policy against applications that interpret or execute code... So it got removed, which is rather annoying...

You no longer need an invite to get in. And it was easy for me, I managed to make an app that uses voice recognition to send status updates to Twitter with your voice!
I hope MIT make Scratch for Android. I could test the flash player on PS3 some time, may not work. xD

Well, I checked the options and PS3 information, and it mentions Java. And also, BBC I-player (A On-Demeand sevice for the british version of the BBC), runs on flash, and is installed on PS3's recently. (Updates, much? Or network feature?)
