I stumbled upon this and thought it was pretty neat. It is a pretty good series of lessons on general programming. It was made for beginners who feel intimidated by programming. The lessons walk you though slowly so you get a good understanding of how everything works. The examples use the C language but the concepts on universal.
I really recommend this to people to people who think they have mastered scratch programming. You will learn so much and that will make it easy it transition into other languages.

Interesting, but I'm too lazy to read it all. Definitely helpful though.

Really, programming wise, just going though all the lessons in a week will teach you more than 1 year using scratch. Really, if you want to do real programming you will have to know most of the material covered in the lessons. If you want to become a half decent programmer you have to be able to process this sort of information otherwise you won't get far.
