It occurs when different things happen.
The original (yours) occurs randomly when you log in (you must download Scratch to log in.)
My version occurs when you hit the stop sign, but I'm going to get rid of that because it makes the Log in feature not work.

Yes, but I'm editing it a bit. It has currently has a 1/2 chance that it will occur. I'm making that a 1/100 chance.

I think that there just shouldn't be any chance. I thought we wanted a good, glitch/bug free OS. This goes against most OS' except for OS spoofs.
