But, along the way, MS basically maintains its position in the OS market by reimplementing other people's ideas, most notably Xerox/Apple's ideas.  People who are uptight about other people stealing ideas from Panther ought not to be MS fans, I should think.

I don't have time to dig through the old posts right now, but I seem to remember that you feel differently about it when the ideas in question are from Panther!

I think your geting me confused with someone else... When someone steals an idea without creidt or changing it, maybe, but if your comparing this situation (Panthers content) To MS stealing ideas from Macintosh, then you are mistaken. But I don't want to continue on this subject, it always ends up in huge flame war.
