Work fine for me... i just made this.

How many accounts do you have? I doubt it matters, but if you have like 1000 or something it may not let you.

Hmm - that page is really just a warning - it should be possible to setup a new account just by clicking past it.  Do you see any other messages / notifications?

I didn't get that, and iv got 3 accounts... but i dont use one. and this is just my test account.

If you didn't see the warning then you must have a dynamic IP like mine.
