Scratch does not obey your scripts? Then if here, you're in the right place.

Often I've seen people say that Scratch had a bug because their script wasn't functioning properly, but it turned out that they simply made a mistake in the script. I'm quite sure that's the problem - it seems highly unlikely that Scratch would have problems with performing the scripts.

Very true.
Scratch does not have problems with performing the scripts; that's correct.
Unlikely, that is true.
I'm quite sure your right.
It may be a Squeak, Smalltalk, or a C programming language problem instead of a Scratch problem.

That's not my point - it's this: Instead of Scratch not obeying your scripts, it's that you made a mistake in the script.
