Annoying Error

Well, after I do something... Then i pause for 1 or 2 min. Then anooying error appears and it's says

SetThreadPriority() failed (6) -- The handle is invalid.


CreateThread() failed (

What do this means?  hmm  This is unexpected.....  hmm
