I was in the middle of a project when I noticed I was missing the little, um, tab (or whatever you call it) for one of the sprites I had just made. However, it still existed in the project.
I reopened the project, and to my relief, the sprite still (sort of) existed. The tab's still missing.
This is a horrid inconvenience to me as many sprites take large portions of the screen. Can you help?

To get an "invisible" sprite: Click the button for creating a new sprite, and while the paint editor is still up, click the button again. The first sprite will be made, but won't show up on the list of sprites.
Is that what you did?

Maybe. I don't remember.

If you're referring to Squeak, then the sprites in Scratch don't exist. That trick to hide the sprites is just a squeak glitch.

If you want to fix it, right-click the sprite on the stage and select "export this sprite". Export it to your computer, import it again, and it'll show in the list.
