Okay after reading Wikipedia, I've put together some things.
1. To make an 'anime', you first need to make a comic version of the story called a 'manga'. The comic has to be successful before they even consider making it into a cartoon, and that can take years.
2. You'd need a good artist to help you make it, and a good storyline, otherwise it would instantly fail.
3. You'll never get IT'Z off the ground (no offense, just statistics).
