Thats a good idea.
Bopitman99: in charge of animation
kiwi95:graphic director/writer
lemonpower: movement
fishmonk: advertising, programming
lauraac: programming
Septimusheap: programming
Thats not everybody, but those are the obvious choices.
i think everyone else could just pick a job they want, or someone else could assign the rest of the jobs
WE STILL NEED AN ARTIST!

Thats kinda what this vote is about, but you can definetly be a level designer
(there might not be a difference between game designers and level designers in real life, but there is in my head.)

I am good at art, but it depends what it is really...

We need someone who can do backrounds, and also put some skin on a sprite's skeleton (put a face and armour on a stickfigure)
I can do backgrounds (check out what I can do http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic … 14&p=1), but not to sure about the skeleton

So.... back to where we were, WHAT GAME SHOULD WE DO?

Well, a few of our team's members havent voted, and there seems to be a tie between fighter and a point and click game. i geuss, we should wait for the others to vote, and also make an engine for the fighter, just to make sure we can do it.

I see you're in need of an artist. That's great. Lord Sprites would like to offer it's assistance. They're a team of wicked (meaning great in this case, not evil) sprite artists / graphic people. They can do backgrounds and that sort of thing too. Click here for more information.

What story could there be for a point and click game?

My game that I'm programing http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=30562 is going to have a point and click game mode, but i was the only programmer (at this point), but im part of the team so maybe it can go under its name.

Yeah, i geuss enough people have voted. so now, CONCEPTS! whats it going to be about! once we do that, we will need to get some concept art to decide what its going to look like. then we need to design the levels. LETS START SCRATCHING!

How are we going to integrate all that we have programmed into one project?
We should also make a team scratch account.
