Phase one, decide what your going to make,
Phase two, whats it going to be called,
Phase three, plot! characters names, main events, sub events, that kinda of thing,
Phase four, decide on whos going to do what
Phase five, development- gather your graphics, code it,
Phase six, market it (Not always required)
Phase seven, release, release the game.
Phase eight, there is no phase eight.

Wait? is this a double post, it says almost the same things, but some stuff has changed (but not the phases).

I simply changed it, but removed some bits and changed it from step to phase, but not a double post.
