The quest for the queen is currently in the early stages of creation, but shouldn't take too long to finish. Gameplay is over-head view with plenty of areas, towns, monsters, quests, and characters to meet on your journey to save the queen, who has been kidnapped by Aster, the queen of the undead. It is your job to save the Queen, and rid of Aster! Full of classic RPG elements, QFTQ is going to rock your socks!
So far, the game's main menu, and intro are working well, and complete, character movements, attacks and some items are done, along with class choices (Mana user Rogue, and Warrior) I'll keep you posted.
Each time that you level up, you will be able to upgrade a certain stat, and reach proficiencies to equip new weapons and armor. Due to this game being cluttered with scripting, the level cap (maximum level) will be ten, being a pretty high level put next to how long it takes to level. Each class is going to have a very different feeling of gameplay.
Mage: The mage is a robe wearing mana user. They attack close or short range, depending on what spells they have learned. Specializing is staves, mages mainly use magic spells, buffs, and summons, to aid them in battle.
Rogue: The rogue is light weight and very fast. They use daggers, and short swords to take down their foes. Very close range, they may be, but if you have perfect timing, no enemy is safe from the deadly rogue.
Warrior: Warriors use heavy weapons like hammers, axes, and swords to smash Aster's minions to pieces. Warriors use few spells, like 'Berserk,' and 'Blood shield.' They are very strong, and hold the most HP. Their heavy armor also makes them the slowest.
Here are some screenshots of the game in its earliest stages.
I'm aware the I had a typo on the first picture, that will be fixed by the final draft.
