Don't worry you're still really young, you still have plenty of time to do those things.

We indoor sky dived. 
We flew all over the place and hit the walls like crazy.

I fly in an airplane every second month (between cities, not countries) but I have been to other countries before. What do you mean sledding? You can do that now. Isn't there a snowstorm outside of your house? Trains, I don't remember, but if the TTC counts as one, then sure. I live in a sky scraper (almost). I've been fishing before but I only caught a small bass (9 inches) and a couple of I don't even know what they're called, but they were babies (4 inches) so I threw them back. (well, I was advised to throw them back)

Oh and Skydiving out of a plane, I went with my dad last year. Harder to breathe than I would've thought. I'm not doing it again though. (Also I nearly tripped and fell out of the plane before the instructor showed us how to use the parachutes, I slammed into the wall right beside the open door.)

Then there's material possessions but it doesn't seem to fit on the list.
