But when they do select new moderators, they pick from people that are active and helpful on the forums and handle difficult situations in a mature fashion. These are all things you can start practicing now smile

I believe they are looking for more moderators on the Text Based Games forums...I'm not sure how long the positions will be open or what the requirements are but maybe you want to check it out.
