lol.....
um i am really annoyed i say change scrolly by 5 wait 0.01 secounds(everything moves according to scrolly!) but it takes like 10 secs for you to fall down
100 scrolly it needs to fall. any suggestions

That's not what you need to do. I would change it slowly so it doesn't had shakey movement. Just get rid of the wait altogether and/or change ScrollY to another number.
