Suggest Stickied Topics
I was thinking there could be a thread made to suggest topics that could and should be stickied. The moderators or administrators could drop by sometime, and review a thread that is suggested, and if they found it to be really helpful and sticky desrving, they can sticky it.
For example, demosthenes' 'What's this for?" topic in Collaborations. and also greenflash's "Company Index" topic.
