Windows Vista style would be preferred... but in truth, I don't really like Vista.

A dark color scheme would fit, though.

Um... I don't know too much about Vista graphics. ^^
Stuff I like to design are:
   • Buttons
   • Small sprites
   • Backgrounds

How is the window shaped? How big is it?

The window can be shaped any way you like... I'm just looking for a frame design.

As for the size, go for the Scratch Standard.

1. Dark color scheme.
2. Optional; you can choose.
3. Minimize, full screen, close. Remember, this is only a framework, so no need for technicalities.
4. Experiment with the shading.
5. Leave the window (except for the frame) empty.
