Google Chrome user icon error

I only have this problem with Google Chrome.

Why does it underline the middle of the picture?

Google Chrome must have a different way of interpreting HTML then other browsers. IE 8 has a mode called "compatibility mode". When you press it, the browser will then switch to a different way of making websites, since some might have been designed for older browsers. I would suggest using IE

I have both.

I don't click the compatibility view button on IE8.

Google Chrome has HTML5 support, while IE doesn't.
