Generally good.

1. Make my usernamename a *little* bit darker.

2. Don't make the dot green.

3. Make the text the same color as the username.

4. The scratch cat's eyes are a bit off.

5. Fix the outline of the scratch cat, so you can't see that white outline... go pixel by pixel and fix it...

As far as the background, have a fill effect from right to left or left to right, from the current blue color which you have, to a darker version of that blue color.

As for the font, just change that to something else, just casual.
