I own one of the few smaller GOOD companies. We actually DO STUFF instead of quitting within the first two weeks. OTP has been going strong for a while. We are climbing up there, with a bunch of active members (about eleven) Other companies I know:

DG games
Flaming Trout
Crank Inc.
Pop star games
Flow Productions
Kami Studios (I think it is dead...)
And Infinifish
