sprites and folders

I want to create a folder to put my sprites in, but i can't create a new folder!  Please help me out!

What OS are you using?

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

Make the new folder outside of the scratch program, then move the sprites in there using My Computer, and then move the file into the scratch folder / sprites, and you'll find it (also, save the sprites as .PNGs just in case)
