I don't think we'll have 3D in Scratch anytime soon.
RHY3756547 has made a simulation of polygons in his project Gale3D, perhaps with some advanced knowledge you'll be able to implement it into something.
You can also look up Alice or Starlogo TNG in Google, both are Scratch-like programs that are 3D.
