I Made A Scratch Project And It Stinking Wont Upload!! It Says Failed To Connect And My Connection Says: Very Good!! Dx> Plz Help Mae!!

Hey XxBurgerGirlxX, sometimes uploading problems can occur from the side of the Scratch website [for example, the uploading process can take too long and the Scratch server can time out]. Try uploading again later and seeing what happens. 
Also, topic where you're having problems with Scratch or the Scratch website go best under the forum section 'Troubleshooting'. I'll move your topic to the 'Troubleshooting' section, where more Scratchers will be able to help you out should you encounter any more problems uploading projects to the Scratch website.

Are you using vista?
If you are, do you have Parental Controls attached?
It might block scratch.
Plus your firewall.
