And for its special move, it will sometimes go down and become a pile of dark matter and no attacks will hurt it but its speed becomes .5. It will stay as dark matter for a few seconds and then become normal again.

Make a traps setting feature (you place a trap zone scaffolding or something, and then send out technicians to build it for you). And it can capture some people, but the number depends on the trap type.

Or organize them in different quotes. I'm not really capable of designing any of the traps but I could help you brain storm some up. I was thinking a giant** spike pit which costs triple of normal traps and obviously kills everything that can fall in, a medium spike pit which is double cost, and a normal spike pit. The 3 spike pits could affect every type of soldier if they can fit inside it, and they last 30 seconds. However, there can also be Human Traps (like nets, catrops, oil spills, etc.) and Monster Traps (Rock Catapults, Cannons, Giant Net traps).
