none of them are from the scratch team.

The andresmh ones seem to be testing features of the scratch site from a while ago. Johnm's ones are just him testing random numbers.

Maybe they're planning their alien invasion.

There's one andresmh one from less than a month ago I would agree with you, but it's just that newer one that's got me stumped. With Johnm's tests, I agree.

For all I know, they're testing these out from a newer version of scratch with they're testing, and when they test it on the website, it works, and when we download it, it is translated to our version of scratch D:

Hey - the guy has a point.

Is there some kind of new features in it that lead to evidence that it's a further version of scratch?

They are NOT from the scratch team. The maker of most of them is andresmh10, not andresmh. None of the makers have a "*" next to their user name, which is the mark of a scratch team member.

I think I know a thing or two...
If YOU were a scratch team member and you had a test account, would you make that user have an asterisk next to his name too? I don't think so... because you probably don't want people looking at your projects which are titled "Test, ignore", because its supposed to be secret.

If it was supposed to be a secret then why not post it on their dev site?

They're probably just testing changes to the website, don't worry...
Hmmm... maybe they're not testing it on their other website because it's different.
