Re: A Question for the Artists on Scratch.

I've been trying to get that spiked up hairstyle for weeks, but I have total bed head when I wake up each morning. The hair gel isn't strong enough to keep it up.

I wonder how Mech would look with an Emo fringe.

This topic has been derailed.
By announcing it, I have made it official.

EDIT: on second thought, slightly derailed.
Lol hairstyles and emos.

What-no it hasn't.

People are talking about a kind of people that was mentioned in the first post.
And also about hair. We are still in one degree of separation to the original topic.

Re: A Question for the Artists on Scratch.

Back on topic: I found a random cat in the street and gave it an emo fringe hair style.

I am somewhat gothic and incredibly emotional but I don't cut myself, therefore I am not emo.
Emotional is entirely different from emo. Just because you cry and smile a lot doesn't mean you're emo.

I'm not sure where you are getting your definition...I just checked out the first 6 definitions in www.urbandictionary.com and cutting was never mentioned as a defining characteristic of the Emo sub-culture.  They did mention a tendency towards depression and self-hatred though.  But now I'm derailing the topic - my apologies.

Hm....I get what you are saying. But to clarify, that website isn't very reliable.

Why does EVERY single penguin, wolf, dog, cricket, wet carrot and RPG character have an emo fringe?

Since when did penguin's and wolfs style their hair?

Cause it looks epic. I know it can be an annoying trend, but it DOES look nice. Except some over-do it.

I think that "emos" can be nice people. So can anyone else.........so I wouldn't be saying because of hairstyles people are emo.

Sorry for further derailing, but I'm getting my definition from experience.
Emo truly is just a branch off of goth and it retains all aspects of it while introducing cutting. Goths can be depressed and everything but as long as they don't cut, they're not emo.
Emotional is an entirely different matter, however. It just means you're more sensitive to things.
