Sometimes when I'm making a really looong project I forget how something works. So I look through every sprite for an instance of a certain broadcast.
What I'd like to see is a block search feature built into Scratch that allows you to search through all the blocks in a project. Sort of like ctrl+F or apple+F. You can just drag blocks into a search field and then click a button and a little search window will come up. I could drag as many blocks as I wanted there, and it would find all instances of those blocks exactly.
Also (and this would be incredibly helpful too) there could be a find and replace feature, like there is in most text editors. That way, if I made a mistake in 50 bajillion scripts, I could just put the old script in there and make a new script, then press a button and it would replace them all!

I really like this idea, It would really help with big projects.

I like making 1s1sers, and it can be really annoying when you make a whole project including many variables, then realise you spelt the only variable that will show in the final project's name wrong >.> It wouldn't be so bad, but when dealing with long scripts that use the "(variable)" block about 50 times gets tedious... So the replace feature's nice.
Also, with the script search, it would help me because I often end up moving the scroll bar to the wrong place, then not being able to find it again for ten minutes...
So I support

Which one? I make loads of 1s1s projects (and 0s1s) - MAZE, MAZE 2, Snap!, Noughts 'n' Crosses, et cetera... I find 1s1sers fun to make
