If you mean an Animated GIF, then follow Doody's instructions. If you're asking how you can make your own, go to an online GIF creator such as GIFninja. I'm sure there are lots of them.

If you want to make your own you can use UnFREEz. Just gather up some gif images. Select them all. Drag and drop them into the application. Select the frame delay and make the animated gif.
Download from developers site http://www.whitsoftdev.com/unfreez/.

Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

I don't trust downloads. There are plenty of online ones too if you have trust issues like myself.
