also whats with everyone being banned now, i have not seen an increaase in mean behavior at all. so i don't understand this. i mean sometimes people make mistakes, doesnt mean they deserve to be banned for it. i think people are just being too sensitive. i will admit some people deserve it, but not everyone.

Well, the me-banning-everyone-from-the Scratch-forums incident was due a bug error on the website in which the website didn't read through the proxy and registered everyone as having the proxy's IP... lo and behold, me IP banning one person for commercial spam caused a widespread forum ban instead.
As for 08jackt's ban, I can't speak for that since it's a site ban and forum moderators have no control over bans implemented on the site. For me, it actually seems odd since, to my experience, bans associated with disrespectful behavior are usually two-fold (both a site and forum ban). Since the cause for the ban in puzzling and unknown, the best option here is to discuss this with the Scratch Team and ask them on what grounds for which you were banned.

I remember it. We had to go to the TBG website to talk. We were like "OMG! I'm Banned?" . Then we found out all of us were banned.
