"No" and "I don't care" are pretty much the same thing. If you say "no", you obviously don't get annoyed. If you say "I don't care", you're saying that, because you don't care about them, you don't get annoyed by them.

Aha - but if you don't care you don't really notice them as much of a big thing, otherwise you would care about it and would find it annoying or not. So they can't vote for either yes or no.

No. I don't really like them, sometimes I take them because I'm bored, but I'm not like YAAAY A SCRATCH SUUURVEY! But they don't really annoy me.
