Hello,
When I was looking at my Paint Scratch Pro 1.5 project (see signature) I realized that when I uploaded the first version, I put a copyright on it. Since then, Creative Commons licences have been added to all projects.
So should I remove the copyright on PSP or what?
(A (C) is also in on AutoStuff)

The Scratch license allows copyrighting the programs you write in Scratch. I'm not sure what rights you give up when pressing the "share!" button though.

relyt12101: I am not a lawyer but you do have the copyright of your work even if the work is shared under under the Creative Commons Attribution Share Alike License. Having the copyright is independent from the kind of license.
Currently there is no way of choosing a different kind of license when sharing on the Scratch website because we believe the one we picked is the best license for the educational principles on which Scratch was based.
In general when you click on the Share button you are basically sharing your work with everyone for them to do anything they want with only two requirements:
1.They should give you credit if they copy it. This is done automatically most of the time by adding a text that says "based on ..."
2. They have to share it under the same license. This is also done automatically when they share it on the Scratch website.
I hope that answers you questions.
