Old.
You can still open them even if they have 1.4 blocks, just the new blocks show up as obsolete.

Your right! Sometimes it's like <obsolete=Whatever> or Say Obsolete or something else weird

They only go obselete if they are new blocks lke the ask blocks or answer block.
