Well, I guess I still could improve, despite trying to run away from the fact that someone told me that I wasn't perfect. (If I do that, be aware I know I'm doing it.  )

It bothers me how the fingers are bent over the neck of the guitar, so they are shorter, but they are still almost the same length of the outstretched finger. It might just be me.

Believe me, people disregard things because of the style they are drawn in. The majority of these people stay away from things that they classify as 'anime'.
And according to a lot of those people, 'anime' can't be realistic at all.

His ears are supposed to look like a bat's ears, since he is sort of a shape-shifter.
Bat wings? Please explain what I could do to make them a bit more like the ears, then.

I originally drew the head completely straight, but then turned it a bit sideways, it's barely noticeable. I even used a line to see if one was taller, but I couldn't be bothered to widen the ear when I noticed it was less than the other.

See, I was going more for this:

And I thought I pulled it off, on a larger scale.
Then again, I was going by those images and this artist. A good example, her bat characters.

Honestly, I don't see the resemblance between a bat's wings and Mathiarus's ears.
