Re: what are sensor boards?

If you are new to idea, and you want to get one, get the official PicoBoard @ http://www.picocricket.com/picoboard.html

So anyway, a PicoBoard is s a board that you plug into one of your computer's USB ports so that your Scratch programs can interact with the outside world.  It has a button, a light sensor, a slider, a sound sensor, and four resistance sensors.

The PicoBoard sensors (or any Sensor Board sensors) do not work in the Java player.

There is also a way to connect the Arduino board to Scratch using Scratch Connections, it isn't really worth it, in my opinion.
