You can install Scratch on as many computers as you like. You don't even have to ask!
For example, you can:
- install Scratch on multiple computers at a school or community computer center
- allow workshop attendees to take home copies of Scratch
- put a copy of Scratch on a file server for your organization
Permission to make copies or install Scratch on multiple computers is granted in the file "license.txt" that comes with Scratch. The only requirement is that all copies retain the copyright and license. (That is, don't remove the file "license.txt").
If you give out copies of Scratch, it's a good idea to draw people's attention to the URL of the Scratch website so that they can download new versions as they become available.

I think you should have a few more tabs.
Like instead of the "Control" tab: When Sprite1 clicked, I think you should have a tab that can go in the middle with a space with an arrow on it too, choose a sprite.

Or you know the box that keeps store of the backgrounds & sprites? I think that should store a box for the mouse pointer as well, you could turn it different colours or make it got somewhere on the screen.
Only my suggestions!

All you have to do during install of scratch for more than one copy. Create a new folder in program files. Done.
