Stop insulting nine-year-olds and you'll be fine.Pshhh I think the nine-year-olds need to grow up. They are always so less smart and yet have much confidence, that when they talk to somebody smarter, older, more mature, and has high honors like me, when they say something that they think is right, I would correct them, yet they complain that they're right about something, for popularity, yet in the inside they know they're wrong. This gets into big fights and what not. Then at the end, I'm exaggerating saying "HA! I'm right", and they're saying "Calm down", I think thats the stupidest thing ever. Because they should study more and use their common sense and not just listen to gossip. I don't gossip very much, and I'm overall not popular, so I'm not rotting my brain. I just hate modern society...

I think you should tone that down a bit. What would a nine-year old think reading that?
I myself often dislike the slightly braggy tone in your comments - maybe that is the reason for your conflicts with nine-year-olds. I think you should try to be more tolerant towards them and if they are wrong, correct them in a friendly manner. And if they are stubborn you could just end the conversation, nobody is forcing you to argue and "prove them wrong". O.o
I have communicated with a lot of nine-year olds on Scratch and have never had a conflict with them. I think your claims that nine-year olds are "immature" are wrong.

Well, I'm a nine-year-old, but I'm definitely NOT whiny.
yes, your not winy at all. which is exactly why your whining at him for insulting 9 year olds (or what ever your talking about)

I think we've seen enough of the insult [pick your group] comments. While it is natural for humans to try and find patterns and draw conclusions about data - you have to be careful when the data points have feelings. Making statements about broad stereotypical groups such as "nine-year olds", "teens", "nerds" and so on is almost certainly going to be insulting to someone and also almost certainly going to be incorrect as there is a large variety within any group. About the only thing you can say for certain about the group of "nine-year olds" is that they are nine years old. I'm sure there is a spectrum of maturity levels and degrees of whinyness (is that even a word?) within that group and all other groups for that matter.
Since FMT says the topic is resolved, I'm going to close this.
