Easy Scrolling HP bar tutorial

I made this to be easily modified, so please feel free to use the sprite and tutorial as long as you credit me.

With this, the Green hp doesn't just jump into place, it'll slowly (Or quickly) fill up each time you execute it.

Thoroughly commented, this is my 4th tutorial.
Feel free to use the HP bar sprites I made for the tutorial.

Commenting is encouraged, I want to improve this however I can.
