It won't be done, mainly a problem of interface, controls, and the fact that iPhone/iPod Touch doesn't support Squeak, what Scratch runs on, nor Java, what the web player uses. Sorry.

Still.... even with that, there's the question of Java which, I think, Steve Jobs said "would never be supported on the iPhone", and interface.
