About two weeks ago, I posted up a topic describing a full-service game creator that adapts concepts from Scratch's interface.
A handful of Scratchers are already trying out our application, and we''re thrilled with the initial results. Within a matter of days, one of the Scratchers augmented a platformer I made with rich weather effects (rain, snow, fog, thunder), and the same user created a top-down racer with some realistic physics.
Because of this initial success, we'd like to open our gates for more advanced Scratch users to try our software out. We're going with a different procedure this time in accordance with what the Scratch Team has told me.
Please do the following if you're interested:
===
1) Sign up for our beta mailing list mailing list. We provide a field for telling us why you're interested - Please mention your Scratch username, so we can identify who you are.
2) Then, reply to this topic, so we can verify that you are a Scratch user. In this reply, mention several Scratch projects you are most proud of.
===
If we like what we see, we'll invite you into our next round, which will happen after Christmas.
Thanks!
- Jon

I signed up for the mailing list a little while ago. I'm sorry for the fake name bit but I can't give my real name. I would love to use this as I have tried multiple programming languages but I can't really use any of them, and I must have 30 half finished scratch projects where I couldn't finish because of some of the limitations of scratch.
Here are some of the projects that I am most proud of: this one was just released yesterday, and while it is a very simple game, it contains my first very basic ai http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/urhungry/810743
This one is all contained in two scripts, something that I didn't think that I could do for a while http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/urhungry/693512
this one contains the most, and hardest to make programming of any of my scratch projects, as it has two maps, eight charecters, each with it's own two attacks, jumping, slowing down instead of abrupt stopping, and gravity. http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/urhungry/709823

Hi, I signed up for the mailing list a few weeks ago, I put my name down as Targethero, so you know it's me. But I dont think I put my reason for interest, so I'll put it here. I've been useing Scratch for a long time and I've learned a lot from it and I have been wanting to move on programming wise, and I've been trying to find somthing similar to Scratch's snap in block interface, but more advanced. I got GameMaker but it is not really what I was looking for, It just had a clunky(like you said) interface, I had to look up a lot of tatorials on YouTube to even get started. And then you told us about Stencly! And it sounds like what I've been looking for. And I want to see what its like for myself:)
Some of my favorite projects that I've made are:
Scratch VolleyBall: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Targethero/788465
Play with AI Snake: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Targethero/544781
Mr. Bounce v1.2: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Targethero/441284
I have more, but a lot of my good projects were never uploaded..

Hey, I am Kileymeister (obviously, you can tell from the top left corner [duh]), and though I am perfectly content with scratch I am excited about this new program. Some of my best works would probably be:
Disaster: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Kileymeister/770969 (screenshot in my signature)
Survivalist: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Kileymeister/487929
Pelagic Ocean: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Kileymeister/541074
It's rather hard for me to choose my best stuff, I like all that I make. Of course, if I didn't like it why post it?
Well, I guess that's all I have to say. I'm really excited about this!

I'm pretty sure it does have saving.
It's pretty similar to Scratch, too - you create codes called "Snippets" out of blocks, like Scratch. Then you don't have to make those blocks again, because the "snippets" are reusable.

Signed up.
Notable projects (not all that good):

I have a question: If you sign on the mailing list, how will we get it? Will it be literally "mailed" like a disk in the mail or will it be by email, or what?
Supposing you choose us to get it

You would get an e-mail in early January with a beta invite and details.
