What do I do if most of my projects dont load on scratch?

Sometimes projects can get a full loading bar, but they don't start. This is due to the Java Player, I think...
Just tell people to download the project.

Hi ClaudeMonet, sometimes a Scratch project will not load due to the size limit of the Java heap memory. Try increasing your Java heap memory (see here) and see if your project loads in your browser.
