I don't think Christmas (in America, at least) is such a Christian celebration anymore. D8
I mean, it's all Santa and reindeer and presents but almost no mention of God or anything like that. D8 New Year is celebrated like that here. And Christmas is a purely Christian holiday and is celebrated January 7th (and is less popular). >.>

I'm an atheist but celebrate Christmas, so yes, it isn't openly religious for me.
Also, Non-Christian Christmas was just a marketing ploy by Coca-Cola (the Santa part at least) and I guess it just grew...
