First of all, does no one on Scratch (except for very few people...) Like classical music? If you do like it, please tell me why, and if you don't please tell me why as well. Also, tell your favorite composer if you do like it. Its a survey

Antonio Salieri and Bach

Just telling people:
Ludwig van Beethoven was in between the Classical and Romantic periods.
So technically, he is not a Classical composer.

Anyway, Johannes Chrysostomus Wolfgangus Theophilus Mozart is a nice Classical composer.
(For all you softies, that's Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is not his real name, though. Johannes Chrysostomus Wolfgangus Theophilus Mozart is. By the way, Amadeus means "carries the meaning of the love of God", which is why Amadeus is the name of the Mozart-movie. Which is a very good movie, I might add. The older Salieri is hilarious. There's only a few swears in the version of the movie without the almost-R-rated-scene-says-my-music-teacher...)

I like classical. After a few years of playing the viola, you get a new appreciation for the kind of effort that goes into producing classical music.

Pretty much the same reason as archmage, except I play the violin. You get a realization of how beautiful the music is.

funny, I just came back from a concert that I had. I was 3rd chair (my teacher was being mean to me for no apparent reason and made a person worse than me 2nd chair), and it was funny because I dropped my bow (switching from pizz to arco) and it started twirling on my pants. Since I was 3rd chair, I was on the outside, which means everybody could see me.
