All the time, I see people saying "Hmm...this belongs in inspiration and more", or "Can a mod move this to suggestions". I understand that you want to help. I have no problem with that of course. Although I just feel that some people don't even dedicate time to the actual content of the article; they just care if it's in the right forum.
My idea is basically this: Don't say any of those things of where it belongs, and in some circumstances, not to spam or swear, unless you actually post on the article, relating to it, and posting your opinion on the subject, and maybe elaborating on it.
If you don't have anything else good to say, than just report it.
This is because some people have great ideas, and it's important that we give them a chance. But if you just ignore what they're saying and just focus that it is a suggestion, than you're not. I might say something like this.
"I like the idea, maybe you could add this (idea), or possibly this (idea). Although this belongs in forum so and so"
Discuss.

Yeah but don't flagged posts usually get deleted? If anything just don't say anyhing at all. If a mod doesnt find all of the topics that are in the wrong places then they aren't really doing their job, now are they. Then the mods shoul gt punished XD.

I disagree, sorry. People may have already covered everything neccessary, so you don't need to post. But if the person posted in the wrong forum and nobody tells them, how will they learn?
Though you should always try and post something else, along with the reprimanding.

No, when you flag a forum post you can write message explaining why you flagged it, this could be "I think this belongs in ..." and we just get the message with a link to the post. I support the idea of flagging a post when you think it should be moved, it brings the post to our attention and the discussion is kept on topic... Great
There is no automatic deletion system on the forums but there is on the projects/gallery comments.

It is a nice idea, though...
See? This is what I'm talking about. Most people would say the top thing, but not the bottom. Here, he mentioned what he had to say, but also gave his opinion.

I use the report button, yay! Though people should learn to post in the right forum, so shouldn't they get some post telling them?
Oh, who knows. Let's be lazy and let the moderators take care of everything for us.

I do that too.

I'd say that it can get irritating with several posts, but I don't think there have been too many of them lately... or maybe it's just me.
For moving, I'll second/third/fourth/whatever what the others said: Report it.

Mhm. Yeah, if you don't have anything good to say, than instead, just report it.

There are times where I would have to agree with you: I sometimes don't like it when people say "this belongs in [so-and-so forum]", or "mods, move this topic to [so-and-so forum]" without providing a friendly explanation behind it; without the friendly explanation, the comment often comes off as rather blunt and can sometimes be discouraging towards forum newcomers.
The ironic part is when people say "This belong in [so-and-so forum] and/or "mods, move this topic please" without bothering to use the report link. It's kind of like screaming "FIRE! GET THE FIRE DEPARTMENT!" and not calling the making use of the fact that you have the number to the local fire department when you see your neighbor's house burning.
